St. Louis drummer, author and educator Rob Silverman is one of the most downloaded solo percussionists in the world. He has recorded several albums of percussion music from all over the world, including Native American, African, Taiko, Samba and other world rhythms.
He is the drummer with international touring act Bach to the Future, as well as the midwest Eric Marienthal Band.
He is the best selling author of Drumset 101, published by Mel Bay Publications.
He and brother Michael Silverman founded Autumn Hill Records in 2007, which has become a worldwide leader in streaming instrumental music, with over six billion streams.
His percussion compositions can be heard in a number of film and TV productions, including Martin Scorcese's film "Silence," several Ken Burns documentaries, HBO's "Lefotvers" series, "So You Think You Can Dance," among others.
